None of these exist in a vacuum, nor can they be taken out of the context of the negotiation as a whole. BS1 will work with your bank to achieve the best combination of these elements thus ensuring your contract supports your STRATEGIC BUSINESS INTENT.
We need a copy of your current invoices and a copy of your current contract(s). We will compare your invoices and contract terms to our national data base. After analyzing we will report to you the invoice amount you should be paying and the contract terms that should be in place. This will certainly strengthen your negotiating position.
We will develop a full project strategy that will serve as the operating procedure by which the negotiations will be conducted. This document will contain a multitude of strategies for discussion and your final approval. At this point we will contact the vendor(s) on your behalf to engage in a confidential negotiation process. In addition we will coordinate any product presentations and demos.
When significant milestones are achieved we will schedule strategy review meetings to review the progress, quantify cost reductions and contract terms. A final strategy meeting will be scheduled when it is determined that further negotiations would not be fruitful. At this point, final results and contract terms and conditions will be detailed, quantified and presented for approval.
We will order signature ready documents from the vendor(s) and conduct a comprehensive audit to ensure the final terms, conditions and pricing agreed to by the vendor(s) are met. In addition, we will assist you in the completion and approval of the final documents. After your new contract is in place we will audit your first month's invoice for accuracy.
