BankServices1 was founded on one basic principle, "Help banks reduce the cost of their outsourcing services" ​To hold true to this principle we provide banks with information that helps them negotiate a better contract and we do this for a minimal fee.  Some might call this foolish; those banks we have helped and those banks that have become our clients call it "REFRESHING".

Joe Chimera

Mr. Chimera founded this firm in 1994 working with financial institutions to improve their processes.   In 2010 he was asked to negotiate an outsource contract.  The rest is history.  858-205-0088


Joe Grande

Mr. Grande leads our sales and marketing team.  His contribution to the development of our sales team and revenue growth is unparalleled.  He works closely with clients in the pre-engagement stage to ensure that a bank's needs will be addressed and met by BankServices1 before any sale occurs.

Corrine Adams

Ms. Adams leads our administrative and negotiating team.  She has been in the outsourcing business for 20+ years.  She has worked for several outsourcing vendors and has a deep understanding and knowledge base of pricing and profit models.  623-236-2511

 

Erika McPhee

Ms. McPhee leads our contract analysis team.  Her experience in project management for the construction industry gives her a comprehensive knowledge of contract terms & conditions and the nuances of a client leaning contract.  623-236-2519
